The design ensures operational efficiency and a polished guest experience through a layout that facilitates smooth movement for both guests and staff. The two-level structure separates functions, with the main level featuring a sophisticated entry, branded feature wall, signage, and refined front desk. Treatment rooms for facials, lashes, and specialties incorporate calming finishes, warm lighting, and integrated storage to maintain organization.
Upper-level areas house yoga sessions and a staff breakroom, kept distinct from guest zones to preserve tranquility. The overall plan optimizes workflow, with flexibility built in for expansion. Property vetting and strategic planning played roles in selecting the site, ensuring the space meets current needs while accommodating potential increases in services or volume. The project involved determining space and vision requirements, space planning schematic design, full architectural and interior design from grey box, construction documents, finishes and furnishing selections, creation of a permit drawing package, and full-service construction through completion.
